Reunion Location and Accommodations
Ontario, Canada – Severn Lodge lakeside resort. Each hotel-style suite at Severn Lodge will sleep two to four people. Each unit has one or two bedrooms with 1 or 2 queen size beds in a master bedroom and 2 twin beds for units with an additional bedroom, air conditioning, 4-piece bathroom (some with a jetted tub), small refrigerator, telephone, TV with satellite service (most are flat-screen TVs), wireless internet, and an AM/FM clock radio.
Dates and Times
The trip begins Wednesday, July 24 and continues through Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Check-in at Severn Lodge at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25 and check-out at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. SIX DAYS & NIGHTS OF FUN!

Transportation
Primary transportation will be a chartered bus. This luxury 56-passenger bus is equipped with comfortable reclining seats with extensive leg room, cup holders, large capacity luggage bays, interior overhead bag compartments, TV monitors with DVD player, sound system for music CDs, free onboard WI-FI, and a clean restroom. The bus will originate in Virginia Beach, VA, and make pick-up stops in Manassas, VA, and Roosevelt, NY. The first destination after all passengers are onboard is Niagara Falls, Canada. After a 5-hour sightseeing visit at Niagara Falls, the bus will continue to Severn Lodge. Airline tickets will be provided for California participants from LAX to JFK Airport in NY.
Reunion All-Inclusive Fees
The entire 6-day event will cost:
$1,250 for adults
$1,000 for seniors (age >65)
$750 for kids and teens (ages 6-17)
$300 for children (ages 2-5)
Free for infants
Note: Subtract $200 from your fee if you do not plan to ride the bus. Cost subject to change if deposits from participants aren’t received by November 1, 2012.

Payment Due Dates
A deposit of $200 per person is due by Thursday, November 1, 2012. Of this initial deposit, $100 is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full by June 15, 2013.
