Reunion Location and Accommodations
Riviera Maya, Mexico – Iberostar Paraíso Lindo Resort. Each Standard room at Paraíso Lindo Resort Hotel will sleep two to four people. All rooms have the following amenities: 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed + balcony with garden/jungle/pool view, air conditioning, mini bar, ceiling fan, coffee service, bathroom with shower and bathtub, telephone, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, digital combination safe, color TV with cable and remote control, iron and ironing board. Upgrades are available at an additional cost per person for Iberostar Paraíso Maya and Grand Paraíso Resorts.

Transportation
Roundtrip flights will be booked for participants. Groups will depart from New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Norfolk, VA; Washington, DC; and possibly Chicago, IL. Special arrangements can be made to depart from other cities subject to higher airfare and resulting in a surcharge to the trip fee. Transportation to departure airport will be each participant’s personal responsibility. Participants will arrive at Cancun International Airport in Mexico. An airport shuttle will be awaiting your arrival in Cancun and will take you to the Iberostar Paraíso Lindo Resort less than 30 minutes away.

Reunion All-Inclusive Fees The entire 6-day event will cost: $1,370 for adults (ages 18-59) $1,030 for seniors (age 60+) $685 for kids and teens (ages 6-17) $345 for children (ages 0-5) |
Important Note:
Subtract $400 from your fee if you plan to make your own flight reservations - this reduction is only applicable to adult and senior trip fees. For accommodation upgrades, add $40 per person per night (add $200 pp total for 5 nights) for Iberostar Paraíso Maya Junior Suites and add $135 per person per night (add $675 pp total for 5 nights) for lodging at Iberostar Grand Paraíso (adult only) – both resort complexes are on the same compound. Cost subject to change if deposits from participants aren’t received by September 1, 2014.
