You are welcome to use your own timeshare. The most important thing for us is that you attend!
food: dOES THE COST TO ATTEND INCLUDE ALL MEALS OR IS FOOD PROVIDED?
- You are responsible for your own food. Massanutten is NOT an all-inclusive resort and your payment pays for your room accommodations only. Hicks and Slicks will NOT be stocking the refrigerators in your room. Stocking refrigerators would be a HUGE undertaking that we just are unable to take on.

transportation: will transportation be provided to/from the resort?
You are responsible for your own transportation. If there are groups that would like to travel together, Hicks & Slicks can help coordinate, but we will not arrange for buses or vans. We may be able to assist in matching individuals together for car pooling purposes. In the weeks prior to the event, if there is interest in group transportation, a sign-up page will be posted on this website to provide a means for grouping interested parties together who are traveling from the same location.

Recognizing that most people will travel Friday and Monday, group activities will take place on Saturday and Sunday. There will be an informal welcome gathering on Friday evening, then we will have our official welcome event at 10am Saturday morning. Sunday group activities will be completed by 8pm for those wishing to leave Sunday night. We will provide a more detailed schedule as we get closer.
