Each participant is responsible for contacting the USAA Travel Member Agent to book accommodations. Cruise cabins will be provided at DEEPLY discounted promotional rates to Hicks and Slicks participants. Please express to the Group Reservations agent that you are booking your vacation cruise cabin under the "Hicks and Slicks" group name.

Discounted Cabin Costs on Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas
DEPOSIT:
$250 per individual or $500 per 2-person cabin is due on the day of booking. We would like everyone to book no later than Friday, April 1, 2026 to reserve your cabin. CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit is non-refundable for reservations cancelled after April 23, 2026, if booking under the discount group rates. Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to higher cruise cabin fares.
*REMAINING BALANCE (per person, after individual deposit submitted):
$1,429.50 for interior cabins (V4)
$1,516.50 for ocean view (window/porthole) cabins (N4)
$1,751.50 for ocean view balcony cabins (D4)
$1,862.50 for infinite central park balcony cabin (IF)
The remaining balance amount would be due no later than Thursday, April 23, 2026

$3,359 for interior cabin (V4)
$3,533 for ocean view (window/porthole) cabin (N4)
$4,003 for ocean view balcony cabin (D4)
$4,225 for infinite central park balcony cabin (IF)

All pricing includes two (2) people per cabin, government taxes, fees and port charges. Deposits are due on day of booking, and the Final Payment is due April 23, 2026.
